Product-wise Shipping Policy 

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to upgrade or change the shipping method. Additionally, modifications or cancellations of items in your order are not possible once the order has been shipped.

Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses, third-party fulfilment centers, retail stores, or offices located across India. We strive to ensure that products reach you within:

  • 7–9 working days for Metro cities, and

  • 10–15 working days for Non-Metro cities,

Depending on the delivery address and payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery carriers may require a signature upon receipt. If the delivery address is in an apartment complex or an office building, the package may not be left unattended and a recipient’s signature might be mandatory.

Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before confirming your purchase.

We are not liable for any product damage after delivery. Once delivered, products will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty card included with each item.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. Additionally:

  • The shortage or damage must be clearly marked and signed on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy.

  • The signed POD must be returned to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
